You can select the date and time of your workshop when booking.
You can view our availability here.
Our workshops are suitable for ages 10 and up, but we require a parent / adult guardian to be present at all times.
You and your guests will be the only participant present during your workshop. If you're coming as a group, and have booked back to back workshops, you can all be present during the workshop(s).
Your completed piece will be extremely hot, and must be cooled very slowly for several hours or it may crack.
Once they are cool, paperweights, pumpkins and other sculptural pieces will need to be sanded down to ensure they sit flat.
Your completed piece should be available for pickup / shipping within 3 days of your workshop.
Absolutely! Be sure to include your address on your waiver when you arrive, and we will reach out to you with shipping options!
If you select an hollow piece (ornament, pumpkin and glass ball) workshop, you will have the option to blow glass. Paperweights, Snowmen and other solid pieces do not require blowing.
If you aren't comfortable though, our talented artist will be able to help or step in at any point.
Please note that some parts of the workshop must be completed by our artists as they are really tricky!
Jeans and flat, closed-toed shoes are best, a t-shirt with a hoodie which can be removed if you get warm. We provide water and eye protection. Don't forget your phone - you're encouraged to take photos and videos of your experience (don't forget to tag us @gatherbreweryandglassworks)!
* Please do not wear sandals / flip-flops.
No problem!
You can reschedule the workshop yourself using the "reschedule" link in your confirmation email. If rescheduling doesn't work, we can offer you a refund provided we have 48 hours notice of your cancellation.
Please note that "No shows" will not receive refunds.
A drink and some snacks are a great way to round out your workshop!
If you're hoping to eat we recommend that you make a reservation. If you would just like some drinks, no reservations are needed.
We ask that you not consume alcohol before your workshop!
